Rio Chirripo Eco Lodge in the San Gerardo mountains is the perfect location for your Soul Quest adventure. Joan has sculpted a philosophy curriculum that will be delivered through daily morning guided meditations, lectures and group discussions, various types of yoga, mantra and pranayama, regression therapy, and a bon fire guided journey to connect to your spirit animal. Retreat price includes 7 days and 6 nights at Rio Chirripo Lodge, hikes, three meals per day and snacks, one massage, all yoga classes, activities and transportation. Alcoholic beverages, additional massages and an Akashic reading with Joan are all available at extra cost.
